To promote the professional growth of young teachers and deepen classroom teaching reform, our college held the 2025 Young Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition on July 9th. The competition was judged by teachers Ma Li, Li Yan, Zhang Lixin, and Zhai Shichen, with six young teachers—Sun Huizhong, Gu Rongrong, Zhu Zengyan, Cheng Jing, Wang Wenshan, and Da Qingan—competing on the same stage.
During the competition, the six young teachers fully integrated the characteristics of their disciplines, utilized information technology in teaching, and employed diverse teaching methods such as case studies, project-based learning, and scenario simulations to demonstrate their solid teaching skills and innovative teaching philosophies. The expert review panel provided professional feedback from various dimensions, including the integration of ideological and political education into the curriculum, achievement of teaching objectives, effectiveness of teacher-student interaction, and teaching innovation. They also offered targeted suggestions for improving the young teachers' teaching abilities.
