Recently, the final of the 6th "Craftsmanship and Dream Building, Leading the Future" National College Teachers' Skills Innovation Competition came to a close. After several rounds of fierce competition, Ma Li, a teacher from our college, stood out from 1,057 teams from 309 colleges and universities in the semi-finals and won the national first prize, achieving another breakthrough for our college's teachers in teaching competitions.

The National Higher Education Teachers' Skills Innovation Competition has been included in the list of teaching competitions for higher education teachers by the China Association of Higher Education. It is one of the important statistical data in the "Analysis Report on Teaching Competitions for Teachers in National General Higher Education Institutions" and the "National Teaching Development Index for Teachers in General Higher Education Institutions" published by the China Association of Higher Education. The competition aims to promote the high-quality development of higher education, implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating talents, promote the innovative development of higher education, help universities build "four new" initiatives, and enhance the innovation capabilities of university teachers.

Teacher Ma Li has been deeply involved in professional teaching for many years. In this competition, she designed an innovative teaching path of "industry-education integration capability advancement" to address the pain points of the course. She reconstructed the course content with industry cases and cutting-edge technologies, and the teaching innovation and talent training results were remarkable, which was highly recognized by the competition's judges.
