Based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) philosophy, the curriculum system is constructed to strictly support the attainment of graduation requirements.

Objectives-Module-Matrix of Internet of Things Engineering, please refer tothe Appendix Objective-Module Matrix_Ba IOT. Appendix Module-Outcome Matrix_Ba IOT provide a more detailed introduction to the supporting relationship between learning outcomes and courses for Internet of Things Engineering.Appendix Outcome-Module Matrix_Ba IOT further elaborate on the corresponding relationship between more specific learning outcomes and courses.

Figurebelowillustrates a comprehensive, outcomes-based education quality assurance and continuous improvement cycle.The process begins with Educational Objectives, which define the long-term professional achievements expected of graduates. These high-level goals are then subject to Specification of Objectives, breaking them down into actionable targets. This leads to the definition of Learning Outcomes, which specify the concrete knowledge, skills, and attitudes students must possess upon graduation.

To ensure these outcomes are met, the process involves the Decomposition of Learning Outcomes, mapping specific requirements to the Curriculum design. This ensures that the curriculumis logically structured to support the desired graduate attributes. The cycle progresses to the execution phase with the Implementation of Course Objectives and broader Teaching Implementation, where the designed curriculum is delivered to students.

The final stage focuses on accountability and enhancement. It involves Comprehensive Evaluation and Outcome Assessment to measure student performance against the set standards. Crucially, the results of this assessment feed into a Feedback for Continuous Improvement loop. This feedback mechanism ensures that insights gained from evaluation are used to refine Educational Objectives, Learning Outcomes, and Curriculum, thereby closing the loop and guaranteeing the ongoing enhancement of educational quality. Support mechanisms run parallel to these stages, ensuring resources are available throughout the process.
