Department heads provided guidance on graduation project topic selection based on their professional directions, emphasizing that topics should be combined with professional characteristics, integrate cutting-edge research in the discipline, focus on industry dynamics, and transform enterprise practices and research projects into research topics to enhance the application value of the chosen topics. Teaching Secretary Lü Zhezhe explained the two-way selection process, including the rules and mechanisms for student-supervisor mutual selection, the specific steps and precautions for system operation, etc. Finally, Zang Wenjia reminded teachers of matters related to communication between teachers and students. She stressed that supervisors need to keep abreast of students' research progress, understand the difficulties and confusions encountered by students in the research process, pay close attention to students' psychological state, and provide students with necessary encouragement and strong support.
During the Q&A session, the participating teachers engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges regarding potential challenges encountered during the guidance process. All participating teachers expressed their commitment to integrating the various requirements into their practical guidance work and effectively advancing the graduation project guidance program.
